The Good News
The Gospel of Jesus Christ — Explained
This is the most important message you will ever hear. God loves you deeply, and he has made a way for you to know him, be forgiven, and live forever.
01
God loves you and created you for relationship
Before the world began, God knew you by name. He created you out of love — designed for a deep, personal relationship with him.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." — Jeremiah 29:11
02
Sin has separated every person from God
Sin is every thought, word, and act that falls short of God's perfect standard. Every person has sinned — creating a wall between us and the God who loves us.
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." — Romans 3:23
03
The consequence of sin is spiritual death
God is holy and just. Sin carries a consequence — eternal separation. But the most important word in the Bible appears right here: but.
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." — Romans 6:23
04
Jesus paid the price we could never pay
God entered human history as Jesus Christ. He lived sinlessly, died on a cross taking our sin upon himself, and rose from the dead three days later.
"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." — Romans 5:8
05
Salvation is a free gift — received through faith
You cannot earn your way to God through good deeds or effort. Salvation is a gift of grace — received by trusting in Jesus Christ and what he has done.
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith — and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God." — Ephesians 2:8
06
Receive him today
The door is open. If you confess Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him, you will be saved.
"Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved." — Romans 10:13
A prayer of faith
You Can Come to Jesus Right Now
No preparation required. No perfect words needed. God sees your heart — and he is ready to receive you.
A prayer does not save you by itself — what matters is sincere faith in Jesus Christ. The words below are a guide to express what it means to turn from sin and trust in him. If you mean this in your heart, God hears you.
A Prayer to Receive Jesus Christ
Lord Jesus, I come to you today. I know that I have sinned and that I need a Savior. I believe that you died on the cross for my sins and rose again from the dead. I turn from my sins and I place my trust in you alone. Come into my life, Lord Jesus. Forgive me, save me, and make me yours. I receive you as my Lord and Savior. Thank you for the gift of eternal life. Amen.

What We Believe
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God — the final authority for all matters of faith and life.
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man — born of a virgin, lived sinlessly, died for our sins, and rose bodily from the dead.
We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone — not by works or human merit.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit — who convicts, regenerates, indwells, and empowers every believer.
We believe in the literal, physical resurrection and the glorious return of Jesus Christ.
